Lucy was welcoming and engaging. I hate waxing but Lucy was empathetic and gentle. The appointment was slightly longer than expected however Lucy I belive is new so this will resolve itself the more she does. Overall happy with my appointment and definitely recommend... thanks ladies 😁

I am delighted with the 5 point facelift, feeling fresh and lifted..I'm so happy I did the top lip too and with the dentist block I didn't feel a thing!!! The massage was the best I have ever had. I had my first ever treatment including needles and Aleksandra made me super comfortable knowing I’m scared of needles. She explained everything beforehand and kept telling me along the way what’s going to happen next. Aleksandra checked multiple times with me that I’m ok. She is extremely knowledgeable and I felt totally at ease to do a treatment like this with her, I can highly recommend for anyone who’s uncomfortable with needles.

Aimee is obviously very experienced and knowledgable. Lovely experience and my face feels and looks fabulous.

I wouldn't want to go anywhere else now I've been going to see Aimee for over a year. I've seen great improvements with my skin, this is something which I haven't seen before from using different products and trying different treatments.
