I was really anxious and at 64 I thought there was nothing that would help my aging skin and face. Mel put me at ease straight away and explained the treatment she recommended. I took the plunge and went ahead and I am so glad I did. The results after just a few weeks were amazing and I feel so much more confident in myself. Highly recommend Mel’s Lashcroft and I will definitely be going back

I loved my new eyelash set, Grace was lovely and explained me everything beforehand, so thoughtful in getting the right map for me. Her hands were so light during the application process that I didn’t feel and felt sleep almost snoring most of the time 🫣 I recommend with my eyes closed 💁🏻‍♀️

Fantastic service from a very knowledgeable and kind beauty stylist- Grace. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of expertise and professionalism demonstrated throughout the entire encounter. The stylist was patient and attentive, taking the time to listen to my needs and providing valuable recommendations that helped me achieve the desired look. Overall, it was an enjoyable and satisfying experience that left me feeling confident and beautiful.

Been a while since I've been to grace, it feels that way at least. After being poorly and getting tooth pulled I was in need of cheering up. Grace and the treatment didn't disappoint, fabulous service as always and I'm not leaving as long next time. Thanks Grace for another fantastic treatment. See you soon.x

My first experience with a Gua sha facial was incredible, and it certainly won't be my last! It was very relaxing, and I appreciated how Mel explained the benefits of each technique and product she used during the facial. I was amazed at how contoured and refreshed my face looked afterwards. The creams smelled wonderful, and I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep during the head massage.

So I had a situation arise and desperately needed an appointment with grace like now! I emailed her on the off chance she could help at such short notice, whilst also sending out some cries of please to the universe. Yup, she heard my cries and got me in this morning (Saturday). What a hero! I took a chance on the short notice and grace pulled a blinder and got me in and sorted. I've had several treatments with Grace now and I won't go anywhere but to her. Do yourselves a favour give her salon a whirl. You won't regret it, fabulous treatments and if you're lucky a short notice appointment.

Been a client of Mel's for a while but only for my brows, as I am off on holiday, I decided to try false lashes for the first time in a while as I have never been entirely pleased with the effect. Mel listened to what I wanted, she did a fab job and I love them. They are so light and easy to wear to, no sense of heaviness or being aware of having them on. I can only say Mel is the best beautician I haven't ever visited, and I am no spring chicken!! Thank u Mel
