I recently booked a deep tissue massage, and it was exactly what my body needed. From the moment I walked in, the environment was calm, clean, and welcoming. The pressure was firm, consistent, and incredibly effective—definitely not a light, relaxing massage, but one that really works into tight muscles and knots. 5 stars as always. Nicole is brilliant! Extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent service. The pro 60 skin facial being my favourite. I’ve booked to do the 14 week boot camp and I'm excited to see the results. Nicole’s advice on my skin care routine has helped me become more aware of how to look after my skin. Using the right products which she has links to on her website. She is friendly and warm and brilliant at what she does. Highly recommend treating yourself or getting a gift voucher for a friend.
