The aftercare information was sent immediately. Emma cares about her clients and this comes across as soon as you start talking to her about your needs.

Emma is excellent. She shows great competents and knowledge in her profession which in turn instantly put you at ease. She is thorough and explains everything clearly ensuring you understand every procedure. I don't think I would ever go anywhere else now.
