A friendly welcome and excellent service as always. My lovely beauty therapist did a great job as she always does. However I was disappointed to see the new layout downstairs. I was taken to a bed behind a temporary curtain and there were various other activities going on in the same room. It felt very cramped, the lighting was poor and there was no privacy. It felt very makeshift and all in all not a very relaxing experience. I hope this is not a permanent set up. It looked as though you are trying to cram as many clients in as possible. Not a good look!

First I had a fantastic back and neck massage from Rebecca, she really has the magic touch. Then I had my nails done by Adreana and I am thrilled with the way she had done them. I Have a cool peel facial every month with Erika. Also have been using Environ products for 2 1/2 years. Would highly recommend a consultation as everyone’s skin needs are different. Erika is very knowledgeable and will help you find the products which will meet your goals. I have learnt so much about my skin in the last few years.
