I had my first facial with Charlotte last week, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, took the time to listen to my skin concerns, and thoroughly explained each step of the process and how it works. Charlotte also recommended the best products for my skincare routine, advising me on what to use and what to avoid for acne. My sister and I booked in with Luke for the first time recently,to have Botox, Profhilo and Vit B injections. We were very impressed from pre to post appointment; Luke was friendly, easy to chat to, he explained the process for each treatment and how our anatomy dictated placement and amounts. He checked in throughout to make sure we were okay, offered breaks if needed and gave really clear aftercare. The space was clean, calm and professional and we’re already booked in to return. The price point reflects the branded products Luke uses, his skilled injecting and the results achieved 🌟🌟 🌟
