the most heavenly experience. I had the 90min sculpt facial and honestly I think this is the best facial experience i ever had. I was so relaxed I went into a trance! April is so talented and incredibly thoughtful in making this a sensory experience - from the products she uses, to the music, white noise, room temp and aromatherapy. This isn't just a regular facial/skin treatment it was a whole immersive experience and I cannot wait to return when I'm back in London! Thank you April for such a unique experience.

I had a wonderful massage at Rose and River with Emma yesterday. Before my appointment, I filled out a really thoughtful questionnaire, so Emma knew exactly what I was looking for and could tailor the treatment perfectly. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The massage room was beautifully decorated, with calming music that made it easy to unwind and switch off. Emma was fantastic — she understood exactly how to work with my sore muscles after a week of teaching Pilates and running. I left feeling serene, cared for, and completely rejuvenated.

I had the pleasure of visiting this amazing girl for a Vitaran Polynucleotide treatment and sculpting Her expertise really shows through her work she clearly knows what she’s doing! I’ve booked a block of Ayurvedic lymphatic drainage massage with Afshan as after having a baby my ankles remained full of fluid. Each session the difference is incredible and I feel like I am becoming the old me again. Afshan has a wealth of knowledge about the lymphatic system and gives me exercises to do each week to build on the work she has done. I feel cared for, supported and treated as an individual. I can’t recommend Afshan enough.

Therapist was knowledgeable and gave useful knowledge on use of machine as well as how to get the best results from other therapies the Studio offers. She was welcoming and I felt at ease in her presence and explanation of the working of the roller shaper. She knew about lympathic therapies and and the importance of hydrating the body before and after sessions to flush toxins from the body. I look forward to attending the other sessions booked.

Just had the most amazing Dermalogica facial with Margarita at The Greenwich Spa. The whole experience was such a treat - relaxing, professional and results-driven. Margarita is an incredible therapist who really knows skin (16 years experience) and my complexion feels refreshed and glowing!
