This is a lovely salon. I visited today for a manicure and pedicure with Jade. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and the technicians use fresh, sealed, and steralised equipment at all times. This will continue to be my 'go to' salon.

This was only my first treatment for a nail infection but I am really happy to have gone with Beautie Lab. the staff are really lovely and knowledgable and I felt at ease throughout the whole process (the session is a short one which is great!) I also bought a skin care product and was given really helpful advice and will book in to have facials here too. 100% recommend, thank you for being so lovely and providing a awesome service 💕

Beauty concepts team have worked hard to make the salon feel inviting and safe. Delighted with my Pedicure as always . Sarah,Amy,Hatti Annie and Tracey always friendly. First time I meet lady called Shakila. She is very nice a polite. She's done very nicely Hollywood wax. For a pedicure only what she needs is a bit of more practice. Very highly recommended beauty salon.

I usually have my eyebrows threaded so this brow lamination treatment was new to me however I was thrilled with the end result, though I’m not remotely surprised as Jade always does a fab job on my brows thanks again Jade your the best 👌

I haven’t had a pedicure in roughly 2 years it was my first with the lovely Shayma and it was honestly amazing I’ve never felt so relaxed and comfortable not just with the treatment but with the therapist Shayma is kind and a delight to talk to I didn’t really wanna leave lol regardless I was so pleased with the end result I will be booking a Pedi with her in the near future 👍
