The team here were amazing as always! I normally book in for massages but most recently I had booked a double pedicure appointment for myself and a friend as part of my birthday celebrations. I was having trouble booking online as I normally would so called up to ask if it was possible to get booked in. They normally only have one pedicure station set up, but made a point of resetting the space to create a little 2 person station, with prosecco and cupcakes. They even had a little birthday gift for me which was just the sweetest gesture! Pedicures, amazing. Service OUTSTANDING!

I recently tried the infrared sauna pod at Sweat Lounge and had a fantastic experience! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and even on the lowest setting, the heat was more intense than I expected. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

Just had a pregnancy massage with Sabina (hope I am getting right) and it was honestly the best massage I have ever had. I feel entirely restored. Managed to get an appointment while local and had the full sauna for 40 minutes. Certainly get a sweat out of it! Everything was super clean and tidy and the smell was beautiful. Bought a face mask to go with my LED face mask. Will be going again when back in London x
