Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. I recommend getting your facial treatments in this little hidden gem 💎 in central London. From Ana’s warm welcoming to Anastasia’s Facialist expert, caring and listening to what my skin needs with very efficient treatments, it’s been a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. Had the most amazing facial with Faye, followed by an LED Light Therapy treatment and my skin has never felt better! The treatments Faye gives are second to none. I've been seeing faye for years and I can honestly say she is The Best at what she does. Her private beauty room within escape hair and beauty salon is exactly that, an "escape". The best wax in London!

A fantastic haircut with John, as per usual! He is always attentive, creative and gives me exactly the cut I ask for. I also enjoy booking via the Fresha app as it's really efficient, especially for making/altering appointments when the salon is closed. Prices have just gone up: to be fair, the unisex price for short hair was lower than other comparable salons in the area for women's cuts and the new price (£48) is standard for this part of London and still much lower than in Upper Street, Islington. John and Sophie are very experienced hair stylists and a great haircut is always worth it.

While visiting London somehow I managed to visit Italy as well:) Thanks to this lovely little salon and Gulia - very professional and friendly. Thank you!
