Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

I had such a good experience at Fresh Face London this is my second time with them. Whitney was amazing she explained everything to me so clearly and took the time to make sure I understood each step of the process. She has also frequently checked in with me afterwards to see how my skin is doing, & quick to respond to any concerns or messages which I really appreciated. I felt looked after. I’ve already started to see improvement my skin feels smoother and looks more even, even at this early stage. Overall I’m really happy with my experience so far and excited to continue my treatments.

Absolutely best Therapist in London (and beyond!). I cannot recommend Shereece highly enough- I first started re-booking as I was not only pleased with the results of her treatments (waxing, lashes, brows and facials) but her manner and cleanliness impeccable. 5 stars I travel as Shereece is the best. Remarkable PMU and superior treatments.

Gisele and Cassie were amazing. The way that they invest time and effort to teach, explain, and make recommendations to properly care for your hair sets them above other salons and stylists. Every time I visit London, I come to get my hair done and always love how silky and smooth it feels. Definitely recommend!

A few days walking around London had left me quite sore and a massage was in order. I'm a massage snob of the highest order, and finding a good massage, with ready availability is a tough ask. Balance fit the bill, with online booking and availability that day! Once there, Alex, a capable and caring woman originally from Portugal greeted me with a glass of water. The rooms were nicely appointed, with adjustable table and heated pad. Alex gave an absolutely solid, deep-tissue massage, which was exactly what I needed. If I lived local, I'd be a regular of hers.

I have been Cassia and Jessica's client for years now ! The only place I go to get my hair done here in London. My recent appointment was the Brazilian knot extension. All I can say is they both show a huge expert level of consultation. To add the quality of the extensions used were of exceptional quality. They blended seamlessly with my natural hair, and the texture and colour match were spot on. Incredible level of skill and precision during the installation process. The extensions were attached securely, love this team and can't thank them enough ! Highly recommend !

I am in London visiting from the U.S and had my hair done by Gisele (wash, blow dry, flat iron, and trim). She did an amazing job! I have naturally curly, textured hair, which can be a bit unruly and frizzy. I left with my hair silky and smooth, and healthier. A fantastic haircut with John, as per usual! He is always attentive, creative and gives me exactly the cut I ask for. I also enjoy booking via the Fresha app as it's really efficient, especially for making/altering appointments when the salon is closed. Prices have just gone up: to be fair, the unisex price for short hair was lower than other comparable salons in the area for women's cuts and the new price (£48) is standard for this part of London and still much lower than in Upper Street, Islington. John and Sophie are very experienced hair stylists and a great haircut is always worth it.
