I overall enjoyed the whole experience, the massage was very relaxing and environment was very calming and soothing. Especially enjoyed the scalp massage and that the massage table is heated. Only thing I would say is the music played during the treatment was one song looped for the whole treatment, at certain times during the treatment that was noticeable and slightly irritating but nothing that caused discomfort or annoyance. Othwerise everything was great, will return again!

I had deep tissue massage today. The therapist was amazing and really tried to work out my knots! The only downside is that I arrived early and despite ringing the buzzer I wasn’t let in until my appointment time. I was later told the intercom wasn’t working. This meant by time I met my therapist unchanged and was on the table it was 5-10 mins into my therapy time. By time I was changed, paid and back in my car it was 10:00am. This meant my appointment time was realistically only 30-40 minutes but was supposed to be 45 minutes. A bit disappointing.

Lovely friendly staff., that make you feel at ease. It is easy to book treatments online. The treatment I booked was lush. The facilities are warm and very clean. Definitely will go back again.

Me and my husband had the day break delight package and can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had. Both Zofia and Mel are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The hot tub was great- it had different settings so felt like i was getting a massage! I could also connect my phone to play music. Full body massage was so relaxing, one of the best massages I’ve had. We also had the afternoon tea which was delicious. I would definitely recommend and will most definitely be back!
