Eyebrow wax was excellent, but on arrival 2 staff sitting on their phones in reception, no acknowledgement that I was there, they looked fed up to be there. Not my usual experience at image.

Had my first ever fat freezing session. Not only fascinating it was pain free. Amber is so professional, is a delight to talk to and I’ve already arranged another session to target another area. So far results are positive, highly recommend if it is something you are considering.

I had an eyelash tint and eyebrow tidy up (wax and trim). It was a relaxing environment with nice decor and background music. The stylist listened to me and gave me the degree of eyebrow tidy I wanted, without losing the natural look. Everything was efficient (e.g. forms filled in advance via an app), so no time wasted.

Really pleased with my microblading, Sue is very professional and skilled and I felt in safe hands. The procedure was only minimally uncomfortable and I could of had anaesthetic gel if needed. It was a positive experience and would definitely recommend Image Salon for microblading..

Another excellent result from Suzie. I actually enjoy having my eyebrows microbladed because Suzie makes it a friendly experience whilst performing her expertise. I am always delighted with the results.

Why did I leave it so long to have my brows done! Finally glad to have them done and I love them, to not have to get up in the morning to do them is fab! Suzie has done a fantastic job, from the moment I came in for my appointment I felt at ease, she made me feel welcome. All the way through the process talking about anything and everything! After I had my brows done I had the light therapy which was relaxing. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to have them done go do it and book with Suzie, you won’t be disappointed x
