Eyebrow wax was excellent, but on arrival 2 staff sitting on their phones in reception, no acknowledgement that I was there, they looked fed up to be there. Not my usual experience at image.

The most incredible pedicure, and my first experience of an Elim Gel Pedicure and it did not disappoint. I am so pleased with the results. Had my first ever fat freezing session. Not only fascinating it was pain free. Amber is so professional, is a delight to talk to and I’ve already arranged another session to target another area. So far results are positive, highly recommend if it is something you are considering.

I had an eyelash tint and eyebrow tidy up (wax and trim). It was a relaxing environment with nice decor and background music. The stylist listened to me and gave me the degree of eyebrow tidy I wanted, without losing the natural look. Everything was efficient (e.g. forms filled in advance via an app), so no time wasted.

Really pleased with my microblading, Sue is very professional and skilled and I felt in safe hands. The procedure was only minimally uncomfortable and I could of had anaesthetic gel if needed. It was a positive experience and would definitely recommend Image Salon for microblading..
