What I loved most was that this wasn’t a one size fits all facial, it was tailored to suit my skin type and specific concerns, making it feel completely personalised. The whole experience was so relaxing, and my skin looked brighter, smoother, and glowing afterwards.

Absolutely amazing pamper day. Immediately felt relaxed and calm just walking into the new salon. Sarah has such a calming aura, all my stresses of the week were left at the door. Without a doubt the best massage I have ever had. Sarah has an absolute gift in what she does. Definitely magic hands. The whole experience was just perfect. I normally find massages can be quite rushed and impersonal but that was absolutely the opposite and even after the treatment being able to just sit and relax on the sofa and take it all in made it even more amazing. My first experience walking into kloee chantelle academy couldnt of gone any better they were all so welcoming said hello to myself and my niece on arrival. Made conversation with her and offered her a drink and let her sit and watch for a little bit. My lash technician bree did an amazing job as always never disappointed she's so gentle from start to finish, I really cant complain always walk away feeling beautiful with my lashes.. Bree is a lovely person all round and would highly recommend to friends and family .
