This was my first time visiting the salon today and can't fault the place from the cleanliness to the knowledge their staff have. Everything was properly explained to me in depth to ensure I was receiving the correct treatment for my skin worries. I was impressed with the machine that they use to take photos of your skin and the layers underneath to detect what damage has been caused and point you in the direction of the best treatment for you. I love how a plan has been put in place tailored to my needs to help me on my skin journey. Left the salon feeling fresh faced and more knowledgeable.

First time visiting, I opted for the Relaxation Package and I was not disappointed. I chose the Hot Stone Massage and then 30 min Reiki Treatment, Michelle was amazing. I left feeling very relaxed and the oils smelled amazing. Will definitely be back.

I had such a lovely experience with Lynn for a consultation and facial. She was so knowledgable and helped me learn how best to care for my skin. The facial was really relaxing and my skin felt smooth and soft afterwards. Will definitely be back!

I was welcomed at the door and taken into a lovely room with dimmed lightning. My facial was lovely and I felt relaxed and would highly recommend Graceful/Skin Expert to anyone looking for a facial. I will definitely be returning sometime soon.
