This was my first experience of a deep tissue shoulder & neck massage. Lydia talked me through what l would experience & how it might feel. Afterwards she gave me exercises to keep my shoulders stretched & relaxed, and the advice to 'drink plenty of water', (always my big failing) to rehydrate my muscles. She also talked through how to recognize when l might need to go back, no hard sell. I was very impressed, lovely young lady, well deserved a 5* rating. Thank you
