I am delighted with my new eyebrows! I had been concerned that the shape or the colour might be too exaggerated or just not suit me, but Bronwyn explained the process in detail and let me view the proposed shape before continuing. She also checked that I was comfortable at all times. The procedure was not at all painful- in fact I nearly fell asleep and have not experienced any soreness in the two days since it was done. Jess is so so knowledgeable and has been able to answer all my questions and address my skin concerns with a bespoke answer which we discussed in my first consultation. Very welcoming and lovely - She has also been really understanding and accommodating when needed to move an appointment time. I had a hydrafacial with dermaplanning and can’t believe how glowing my skin is. Can’t wait to go back. Couldn’t recommend more!!

I had an appointment yesterday with Michael and was thoroughly impressed. He was extremely professional and clearly very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything in detail and making sure I felt comfortable throughout. I had both anti-wrinkle and skin booster treatments, and he carried them out with great care and precision. He really knows his stuff and made the whole experience feel very reassuring. I had hair stroke brows done by Bronwyn today & the whole process was just perfect. I debated getting my brows done for years but I was anxious after years of over plucking, I’m glad I waited to find Bronwyn. She talked me through the process & was patient & kind, understanding of my under-confidence due to my brows. Bronwyn is a skilled professional & I’m amazed at the results.
