Absolutely incredible. Lucy did an amazing job with getting my hair from pink to blonde. It’s the first time I’ve left a hairdressers genuinely feeling really good about the result. Will definitely be returning and 100% recommend this Salon. Also had a lash lift and tint with Hettie in the same appointment which was also fantastic. Very nice chill atmosphere, got given cups of tea and fanta which was amazing and obviously very skilled staff. Thank you so much :)

I had a HydraFacial with Glow with Jenna and it was incredible from start to finish. Jenna was so professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The treatment itself left my skin glowing, hydrated, and noticeably smoother I couldn’t stop looking in the mirror afterward! She explained every step of the process and tailored the facial perfectly to my skin’s needs. I’ve had facials before, but this was on another level. I’ll definitely be booking again. I visited Glow with Jenna yesterday, feeling incredibly anxious after a string of less-than-reassuring elsewhere. I stumbled upon this salon in desperation and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m so glad I gave it a chance. From the moment I walked in it was exceptional. She was warm, welcoming, and completely open about the experiences of others, which was exactly what I needed to put my nerves at ease. Her reassuring and empathetic approach really stood out and made all the difference. 10/10
