While there were elements that are similar to other facials I had in the past, this was much more. the space is very clean, cute and cozy! She plays some relaxing music that just puts you to sleep and when you wake up the lashes are done! I showed her some inspo pics and she executed them perfectly!!

I had an amazing experience today at Pamper Valley with Shannon Lee and Lina for my massage and facial. From start to finish, they were professional, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to educate me on how to better care for my body and skin, sharing helpful tips and even personal experiences, which I truly appreciated. As a teacher, my body carries a lot of tension, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better physically and mentally. My skin felt great too! Thank you both for such a wonderful experience — I will definitely be coming back.

Because I trust Donna's knowledge and expertise and appreciate that she never pushes a product or treatment, I approached her about microneedling and decided to give it a try. I just had my first treatment. Donna included time to numb my face to reduce the pinprick sensation associated with the procedure and followed the session with an LED treatment to enhance healing. She explained each step as she went and provided detailed after care info including samples of products to promote healing for the first 48 hours. My face was splotchy but 24 hours later it's only mildly pink with a few spots.

Lina is Pamper Valley’s most skilled and most experienced specialist. She knows how to do body and facial massage with comfortable pressure, as well as pressure that targets deep tissue muscles. She is also amazing at lymphatic drainage massage. As an esthetician, she is good at all of the facial treatments offered at Pamper Valley, she is thorough and detail-oriented. She makes facial treatments such a routine selfcare for me because I always want to go back for more, my favs are hydrafacial and 3D deep tissue facials, they really help me feel rejuvenated and pretty with an amazing glow!!!
