I walked into my regular tuesday appointment. Prior to this my neck was in a lot of pain. I could barely turn my head. Mary work on loosening tight muscles and tendons. She was able to identify a pinched nerve ar c2 c3. Mary applied gentle traction . By the time this session was over much of my pain was gone and I had restored mobility. By evening I saw even more positive results. This morning there is no pain and much of the mobility is 100% better. I highly highly recommend Peake Healthand wellness. She was very effective and finding trigger points and sore spots. First therapist I’ve been to that does PNF stretching. Used a mixture of massage techniques including cupping, vibrations, and percussion. Enjoyed my massage with her and felt sore but better after.
