Althea did a brilliant job on my nails! I’m absolutely thrilled. Honestly the best nail work I’ve had done. I went in with nails that were a disastrous glitter blue, they looked cheap and tacky. I left with my first experience of Bio Sculpture gel extensions which look so natural and elegant. She’s one very talented lady! Thank you Althea!

I had such a wonderful experience with my nail tech! She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to make sure every detail was perfect. From shaping to polish, she paid close attention and ensured my nails were done properly—even helping me choose the right nail color to suit me. I truly appreciate her professionalism, patience, and skill. My nails look amazing, and I left feeling so confident. Highly recommend!

I had a massage today. The massage was decent and I have some feedback on process. Firstly, I suggest clients be consulted about how their body is feeling and if any specific body parts need special attention; my massage started without any consultation. I also suggest training massage therapists to ask clients about pressure at the beginning of the massage, and to check in again about it midway through the massage. I think my massage may have ended slightly early as well, I recommend ensuring clients receive the full 60 minutes they booked. That would take my rating from good to great!

Patrice is so professional and knowledgeable. I recently started with her, I was quite unsure as I had a bad encounter with another service provider and was unsure, but Patrice was highly recommended so I decided to gave her a try and she did NOT disappoint. She made me feel so comfortable, she was able to answer all my questions and even in my silence she was able to explain each step of the service in great detail. 10/10 Book now! This cozy spa was serene and immediately calming. The massage struck the perfect balance between relaxing and firm just where it was needed. Rhenea’s voice was incredibly soothing, she was warm yet professional, recommending next steps & home helps. I was so grateful for the opportunity after the service to get up at my own pace. She even offered me tea!
