Karen is very knowledgeable, kind and caring! She always ensures she educates me on why we are doing certain procedures/ facials/ treatments and really cares about getting my skin better! Saara is very knowledgeable and has a strong sense of professionalism, duty of care and expertise in quality skin care, long term planning to achieve results. Loved every moment of the treatment. Melissa was so welcoming and I felt very comfortable the entire process. She’s very skilled and knowledgeable in her practice whilst still making skin care approachable for others who may not know a lot about their skin or what to do to take care of it.
