Karen is very knowledgeable, kind and caring! She always ensures she educates me on why we are doing certain procedures/ facials/ treatments and really cares about getting my skin better! Loved every moment of the treatment. Melissa was so welcoming and I felt very comfortable the entire process. She’s very skilled and knowledgeable in her practice whilst still making skin care approachable for others who may not know a lot about their skin or what to do to take care of it. Precilla is one the best nurses i have come across. She is very knowledgeable and made me calm and suggested whats best for my skin.

I’m an oily girl suffering at the moment with hormonal acne. I’ve never been to a facial where the person actually takes the time to sit and understand the conditions of your skin but also is willing to help heal everything! A heavenly experience. From the easy booking to the detailed consultation by getting an up close zoomed viewing of my hair health. Not rushed. One of the most greatest shoulder, neck and head massage. Plus the overall experience was so extra and made me feel so relaxed. This was truly such a wholistic pampering session. Well deserved break for this mumma.
