Always friendly and kind staff, the salon always smells great and has great vibes and good music. I never feel rushed or guilty for being specific with what im after. Today I got my lashes and brows done by Liv and she did a great job and was so kind, calm, and detailed the whole time. Really reccomend for anyone interested ❤️❤️

Very accommodating, I booked at later appointment but needed to change it to an earlier one, Lash and Brow did not hesitate with getting me in early. My brow tint request was like blonde and I received light such a beautiful light blonde to is suitable to me skin tone and hair colour. I will definitely be ditching my other brow ladies/large chain to see Lash and Brow Avenue again.

Lyn is a highly-skilled lash technician. My lashes were still perfect after almost 6 weeks. Lyn is also so lovely and makes sure the whole experience is comfortable.

This was my first visit and I booked dermaplane. My therapist was Samara. I can hand on heart say that Samara is an absolute asset to this company. She presented herself well, had great knowledge of products and services and the service she provided was pure bliss! Samara listened to what I wanted to achieve for my skin and when I asked her what services I would need to obtain the skin care I was seeking, she explained the different services I could choose from. I won’t let anyone else touch my face from now as Samara is amazing. I had no hesitation booking another service on the spot.

I had my first visit this morning to have a brow wax/tint and lip mask. The beautician did a lovely job on my browns and was knowledgable about which shade of brow tint would suit me best. I had to remind her that I had a lip mask booked in, as she had forgotten to do it but rest assured after I reminded her, the treatment was done and only took about 5 minutes to do. The only criticism I have about the salon would be the music that was playing. The playlist was a mix of rock and dance music that was playing quite loudly. It would have been nicer to have more relaxing music playing.
