I had the best experience. The staff were so friendly and informative. I did the sauna and then the red light therapy. The staff explained how to use the red light bed. So, I felt so comfortable and so relaxed after my session. The red light therapy felt so good on my body easing my aches and pains. I will definitely be back so I can feel even better!

This is my new favourite clinic which I will be going to for EVERYTHING. They offer so many different services in one place and the atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming.
