I had another ultra-relaxing facial session with Shona. She genuinely takes the time to care for my skin, always checking in on how it’s feeling throughout my Dermalux LED treatment. What I really appreciate is how much effort she puts to find the best skincare routine for me—educating me on which serums, moisturisers, and SPF to use, and in what order. She even gives me samples to try at home. Highly recommend her!

Shona is honestly amazing. She included a complimentary LED session after my first facial session on Tuesday, which was such a lovely surprise. She gave me very helpful tips on what products I can use to lighten my hyperpigmentation. Really appreciate her attention to detail and taking time to explain everything very patiently. My skin felt so refreshed afterwards, and I’ll definitely be booking my next sessions with her.

Both Beth & nurse Jessie were incredible. With Beth I had a near full body wax, eye brow tint and lash lift and red light therapy for my face. Beth was so quick with the waxing and had minimal pain at all. She had great conversation and she absolutely slayed my brows. I was given a foot and hand rub which made me feel more relaxed than I have been in months. I would go back just for that part alone. Jessie was able to answer all my questions, she’s incredibly professional and to the point which I enjoyed. I have had no bruising at my injection sites and they were quick and painless.

By far the best laser clinic I have been to. Not only has the laser hair removal worked so well but the staff are incredible, so friendly and make you feel extremely comfortable. I've also had other infrared and collagen booster treatments on my face, cannot recommend them enough. The oils in my skin have leveled out, my face is clear, my pores have shrunk and I now hardly wear any make up. Massive thanks to Alice for helping me out so much 💜
