Yumi was incredibly lovely and accomodating, the whole experience was comfortable and relaxing! Stell was amazing—friendly, communicative and accommodating, adjusting my treatments to be pregnancy safe. I explained my brows aren’t naturally level due to a slight facial droop, and for the first time they’ve looked genuinely symmetrical. I wish I’d found Mediluxe before my wedding! The whole experience was so relaxing, and Stell even closed the front doors during my facial so it was completely uninterrupted. I had the Brow Sculpt & Colour, Face Waxing and HydraGLOW Pigmentation Protocol Facial. Highly recommend! Only downside is you can hear the shopping centre outside.
