Beautifully relaxing experience with Courtney. Every effort was infused with care and intentionally relaxing vibes. I loved the meditation component to remind my brain to relax and let someone else take care of me for a change. Highly recommend.

Staff were lovely. Machines battery failed twice which was fixed quickly. I got this as a voucher and no one wrote the code on the card which made things difficult in terms of booking and later paying (but not a biggie really).

My visits here have been truly the highlight of my time in Adelaide, and I couldn’t of asked for a better team of beautiful staff to have delt with. Highly recommend to anyone ranging from floats, to facials and even a dose of daily laughter that is very well needed! I’d rate bliss and its staff all 10 stars if I could :)

I absolutely love charmaine, everytime we visit Breathe she greets us with the biggest smile and best attitude! Love the infrared saunas, the room is big and the lighting is dim and you feel really Zen being in there. Fast forward to cryo, brightly lit and freeeeeezing! Will definitely shock the Zen out of you! Also, love the sodii hydration drink they provide. All round 10 out 10 experience everytime. Thank you

When I’ve been lazy with my skin ~ Marika and the girls at Bliss know what to do! As always, I had concerns with complexion, congestion (oily blocked pores on nose) and texture. I had a micro, hydration infusion and LED and I feel my skin has had a reset! Feels dewy with integrity. My fine lines are pretty much non existent and my face feels less inflamed after Marika offering a face massage. Thank you! X

So lovely! I had a 30 minute LED facial and I was impressed. It was extremely relaxing and the products the therapist used were very effective. My skin feels healed and hydrated already and the therapist said it will continue getting better in the next few days. Thank you!

Good, I was waiting for the music to come back on when floating as was told it would, I wasn’t sure when to get out until the light in tank& water change was happening, lovely massage& facial A little distracting hearing chatting outside of treatment room though

I had my first Full Body Cryotherapy session at Breathe, and it was amazing. Chloe was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and making me feel at ease. The session left me feeling deeply relaxed, and I could sense positive changes in my body. The atmosphere is calming and perfect for wellness and relaxation. I have now be going to April's for 3 years, and have seen a huge difference in my skin. I have had many LED light treatments, Skin needling and Micro dermabrasions. The best part is, friend's have noticed the change in my skin, especially pleasing at the age of 58 and being in the sun my whole life. I have found Kylie very knowledgeable in this area. Her salon is welcoming, clean and has a great energy. Thankyou Kylie !!!
