I had an amazing experience with Grace during my glue lifting Korean facial at the Essence Lounge. She is extremely professional, gentle, and clearly very skilled at what she does. From the moment she started, I felt completely relaxed and confident in her hands. The results were immediate and beautiful, my skin felt lifted, fresh, and glowing. Everything was clean, well organized, and done with great care. I truly recommend Grace to anyone looking for high quality facial treatments and real results. I will definitely return to her again!

The makeup, hairstyle, and nails were all done beautifully; I was so pleased with the results! Hana’s makeup artistry, Marry’s elegant hairstyling, and Rita’s perfect nail work really stood out. Although there was a slight delay, the team’s professionalism and Aileen's special care made the experience enjoyable and worthwhile. I have already booked the same services for next week and look forward to another amazing experience!

Had full head of highlights with Ola. Hair needed a big re-fresh and she did a fantastic job. Looks perfect 😍

Manicure and pedicure — great service, girls were nice! Ajitha does an amazing job with the waxing, she is very skilled and fast so that it doesn’t hurt as much as it normally would! She is very sweet and professional. The hairstylist was not good because she was really rough with the blow dry and burnt my scalp in some areas… she pulls too much. I didn’t say anything because I wanted to be nice. The shampoo was done extremely fast/felt rushed. I had the same treatment done with Lita and she was a lot more careful/meticulous with the steps (scrubbing, rinsing). Next time I will go with Lita.

Massage with Rachel is one of the best I have ever had. She feels exactly what one needs. Very intuitive and knowledgeable masseuse.
