Raven was very gentle which I need dealing with my lashes, since I haven’t had any work in that area in a while. She was patient with me. Her technique was quick, easy, and painless. Make the upkeep something less of a challenge to keep up with, I will definitely be rebooking with her to keep up my last tint and lift.

Came in for a cut and style from Cierra, and could not be happier! The salon is beautifully decorated, and all the staff is very friendly. Cierra was very welcoming, and I can't stop staring at my hair! She gave me some advice on how to proper curl my hair as well. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend Cierra to anyone!

Lori is incredibly warm, kind and welcoming. The treatments were everything I had hoped for and more. We are not from the Winchester area, but we do travel through a few times a year. I am going to start planning our road trips around a spa appointment with her.

I asked for recommendations on the Women of Winchester Facebook group. I was not looking for a place to get "just" a facial but "an experience" and Rhiannon delivered. Warm bed and body wrap, soothing spa music, the perfect aroma therapy and last but certainly not least, a stress relieving facial, neck and shoulder massage throughout the entire session. Thankful for the ladies that recommended Rhiannon!

My massage was amazing

I've been seeing Ciara every few weeks for massages throughout pregnancy and now postpartum, and she has been incredible. She takes the time to genuinely care about her clients, remembers what's going on in my life, and always looks for ways to support and pamper me. She even makes special accommodations for my fragrance allergy. The massages are the best I've ever had—and I've been getting regular massages for nearly 20 years. The amazing complimentary snacks after each session are the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

Cynthia was amazing. The room was perfect with the dim lighting, soft music, and rain/thunder noises. The aromatherapy was nice. And I did not expect the heated bead and other elements- VERY PLEASANT surprise. Thank you for the experience!
