I had the brow lamination and lash lift done. I’m very happy with how it looks. The price was reasonable. Some things I didn’t like: you go to an office suite that has signage for another company and sit in a recliner, my request for a patch test was ignored, and I was given no after care instructions. I didn’t anticipate how vulnerable I would feel with having to keep my eyes closed. It was disconcerting when someone walked in started chatting with the tech in a language I didn’t understand.

First time going and must say they did an excellent job on my lashes. I went with a natural cat eye and it came out simply perfect. They also did my 18 year old daughter’s lashes as well. She went with a little more of a wispy look and again they did an excellent job! Will be back!

I really like siranush and only come for her. Overall salon had ownership change and there has been a drastic change in professionalism. I’ve seen arguments between management and staff consistently, appointments switched to different staff than scheduled and the salon has been closed when business hours state other wise.

My experience was great I came in with a full gelx set and one was severely lifting with lots of pain but we managed and Stella was able to save and reconstruct my nail perfectly we ended up doing a builder gel on my natural nails and they came out beautiful

In love with the ambiance, service, punctuality and quality work. I used to get my nails done every 2 weeks but ever since I started coming here I get them done every 4 weeks. This was my 5th time coming here and my nails still look good at the time of my appointment! My natural nail quality is better, I have less cuticles, there’s no breakage or lifting of my hard gel/gel x. I used to also have the worst nail ingrown pain on my toes before coming here and they’ve heeled that too! All in all, very happy client and love that I found this place!

I really like what you did to my daughter nails. Just a comment when you leave fruit on the table specially kids keep touching all the fruit and leak their fingers then touch the fruit again. It’s very unsanitary unless you put small plates and tongues so people do not touch with their hands. Other than that it was a good service. A little pricey.

I’ve been trying various salons in my area, and today was my first time at Painted Pretty. Lilia did my pedicure and Anna did my manicure. My experience was so wonderful that I booked my next appointment before I left. It was clean, quiet, and parking was easy. They use higher quality polishes which is so nice. My hard gel manicure is perfect, which is so important to me. Anna is obviously very knowledgeable and skilled. I appreciated that they asked whether they could use/apply lotion or oil - which I honestly don’t really enjoy and love that they gave me a choice.

I had a wonderful experience at Nails Paradise salon! The atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and welcoming. They even served delicious Armenian coffee, which made my visit even more enjoyable. My manicure and pedicure were done perfectly with great attention to detail. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be coming back!

Bummed that I made an appointment but she had to rush through to accommodate a walk-in. I wish they told her to wait longer or no to the walk-in. My nails were not her best but I will return bc I do love both Tatev and Anna.
