Jessie has absolutely outdone herself. She created the most incredible monochrome polka dot BIAB and gel overlay set for me, finished with the cutest 3D cherry charm. The attention to detail is just unreal. Every line is crisp, every dot perfectly placed, and the overall finish is so neat and precise. The prep was meticulous, my nails feel strong and perfectly shaped, and the whole set looks flawless. They are bold, fun, and still beautifully elegant. I am obsessed. If you are looking for someone who genuinely cares about their craft and delivers perfection every time, Jessie is your girl.

Cannot recommend Caitlyn enough, ive used her before to curl my hair but this was the first time for a colour. My daughter came in to have balyage and it's honestly beautiful, just what was asked for. Caitlyn was so good with my daughter - made her feel at ease and really relaxed which isn't easy. Highly recommended and will definitely use again in the future.

Claire is absolutely amazing. I have switched from my previous nail and brow salon due to the luxurious experience, Mirror Mirror offers to their customers. The girls have class, they're dedicated to their craft and they're very polite - all attributes someone expects from a Shrewsbury nail and brow bar.

Had a really good thorough facial with lots of treatments. Really enjoyed it. Skin feels so clean and rejuvenated. Also lash tint, great! I have eye lashes again. What a lovely salon and Caroline is so nice. Would fully recommend her.
