Such a relaxing and chill atmosphere, calm vibes. I could tell Shaila was being very precise and gentle. Before I opened my eyes, I knew my lashes were gonna be EXACTLY how I wanted them and they were perfect. I also did a brow shaping and as someone who’s been doing their own eyebrows for years because they don’t trust others to not mess up the shape, I trusted Shaila. And I’m glad I did because she followed my shape and just cleaned it up without taking too much off. I will definitely continue to come back because finding a good lash artist is so hard to find these days.

I have been a customer for over 3 years, and Natalia has always taken such good care of my lashes no matter what. My natural lashes are short and few, but with each volume refill I get, my eyes pop and I look a lot more awake. Thank you Natalia, I really appreciate you. ❤️

Amazing experience in the VIP room at Picasso Medi & Nails Spa! The team made me feel truly welcomed, respected, and comfortable with my invisible disabilities and as a proud LGBTQIA+ Two-Spirit person. My lashes, French tip nails and solid white pedi came out flawless. I was served champagne, sparkling water, coffee + fresh fruit, and even got to watch Degrassi (classic Drake days!) while being pampered. Beautiful service and incredible staff highly recommend!

Did my eyelashes with Natalie and boy I know she always gets it perfect in one session. She’s light handed, I couldn’t even tell what she was doing to the point where I find myself snoring. Great work Natalie. Downside, she’s always fully booked lol

As a first-time customer, I had a really great experience. The space was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and Shalia was so welcoming. I even caught myself dozing off at one point! I also loved that my eyes didn’t itch or feel irritated from the lash glue. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Really great experience. Thorough consultation prior to getting the set done as I hadn’t had my lashes done in years. I tend to not have good retention from previous session but I’m about 2 weeks out and most of the lashes have remained despite my user error.

I was unusually late due to a last minute med. call. Enza was very accommodating. J’ve been a client for 10 years. Issues -I have ADD, there are issues!,are mostly very well. Most,anywhere, do not understand or wish to: I am so grateful. There was time for Jasmina, who experiments with hair colours, to do my roots, trim my length, blow dry & add warm highlights ( my choice) geared to my budget. I love a more ‘yellowy blonde’.&added light auburn which gave my hair, my skin and me a lift & happened to go very well with my sweater!Jasmina listened carefully to my🙃ideas. Excellent explanations 💐)
