Just moved to the states and was greeted with the best lash lift by Ashley! Ashley speaks you through the whole process and trust me you are in great hands from that moment on. The chair is so comfortable and the vibes in the salon are so relaxing - you'll fall asleep if Ashley doesn't make you laugh for the full hour with her stories. what a gem. I'm so happy with my lashes thank you Ashley! See you in 2026 🫡😍

This was my first time receiving a high quality lash lift service. My technician “Ashley” explained the full process in detail and she also analyzed my lashes & face features to see what will pair well, so I decided to trust her expertise. The ending result was perfect, I truly loved it! I suggest all customers to book their follow up appointments before leaving that way you can save 10% The front desk staff is super welcoming and friendly. Everyone (receptionists, lash technicians) were kind, professional, and communicative! In my appointment, I received a lash extension removal from another salon and a cashmere set from Lash-bar Foula. Min Milli was my lash technician; her communication throughout the session was reassuring and caring plus she has the gentlest hands (literally fell asleep during session and woke up like Sleeping Beauty) :) Overall super grateful and definitely my new lash salon whenever I’m in NYC!

First time I got my lashes done with Hannah for a glam cateye wispy fill! She’s great- she really took the time to do my lashes well and she’s very detail oriented. She made sure to take out the long outgrown lash extension pieces to ensure my fill will last me a while. She’s very light handed and I’m really happy with how it turned out!

Had a great first time experience at Piped by Martina. I just moved to the area and I'm glad I went with this lash salon as my tech was lovely and able to deliver exactly what I was receiving from the original salon I had been going to. Very happy with my set of lashes :)!

I got a deep cleansing gua sha facial, eyebrow lamination, and lash lift. The staff was kind and it was such a relaxing experience. My brows and lashes look great and I woke up today with a noticably less puffy face. I will be back every month for a refresh.

I have been patronizing this establishment for several months now. Maya does my lash extensions and she is exceptional. Upon entering the salon all the technicians are pleasant. The atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing. Maya is thorough and a skilled professional. I had an emergency last week and was treated well by the owner when explaining the circumstances surrounding the emergency. It's always nice when professionalism, skills, aesthetics and comfort are combined it makes our experiences even more enjoyable!

My first lash lift from here didn’t turn out so well but they did GREAT by letting me have it redone and I loved it the second time . The whole staff was apologetic and patient . Didn’t pay anything the second time . Now my lashes are lovely !!

Finally! I found my go-to facial , eye beauty and head to toe beauty therapist in Candy and her team. SoHo definitely will see me around for often. Love the service staff and overall experience at the spa. I walked out feeling renewed, fresh and invigorated.

This is the 3rd time in my life I had my eyelash lift and tint. The first 2 times at different businesses. Thia First time at this place. She made my tiny lashes look like I have eyelash extensions. I just love my results. 3rd time is a charm.

Pinky is so kind, and did such an amazing job on my brows (threading and tint) and lashes (lash tint). I love the meditative chanting music she plays, and it's really just such a lovely experience. I decided to stay and get reflexology and ended up doing an hour of it with Shoba! She's incredible and did a full leg massage (and scalp massage). Definitely add that on! If I lived here, I would do it every week!

Pansy always does me SO GOOD. The lashes last for so long and I mean A LOT longer than it should. I’ve gone almost 2-3 months with some lashes still fully stuck on my eyelids. I could not recommend a better lash tech to my friends. 100/10 recommend !!

Had my filling done today… look beautiful as always … now I have never did a filling ever .. I usually just wait till my lashes all fall out on its own then I get a new set if needed but getting a filling makes it look new ….the techs at this place are all pleasant and patient … my 3rd time here and I can say I am never going anywhere else . Got my lashes done today for the 2nd time … they are so beautiful 😍 and very natural I love that this place only use cashmere lashes . I got the 8 to 10 because I have really big eyes so I always go for a shorter more natural look which is still cute . My eye tech was very polite and patient. I have no complaints. I actually sign up for the monthly membership even tho I wouldn’t be going twice a month since my last set with them lasted a bit over a month . I was hesitant but I will see how if I need a membership or not since I only do my lashes in the summer months .

I had such a wonderful first treatment with Kha! I have never had brow lamination or lash lift but wanted something to make my routine super easy as a new mom with 2 under 2! Kha was so helpful to answer all of my questions before booking and I had such a relaxing appt! Her studio is so clean and welcoming. I love my brows and lashes and can’t wait to be back!!
