This was my first time visiting this lash studio, and I had such a great experience from start to finish. My lash tech, Gabby, was incredibly sweet, professional, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk me through everything, showed me examples, and really listened to the look I wanted. My lashes turned out exactly how I envisioned them, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I’m so excited to recommend this location and Gabby’s amazing services to others. I will definitely be returning to this location and already look forward to my fill.

I’ve been a customer here for years. Very easy to get an appointment and friendly staff. Although the skill set may vary from tech to tech, Ruby is THE BEST! I’ve been going to Magic Lash for several years now and have been nothing but happy with their service. It’s easy to get an appointment. They are receptive to requests and the lashes last so long, I usually only have to go once a month. That’s far better than some places I’ve used where the lashes are almost gone in two weeks.

The location is convenient and the place is cute and clean. The technician was very professional and kind. I showed her a picture of what I wanted which was a post on their instagram. The picture had a caption of 3D light volume and the lashes were a bit wispier. She did amazing with the application but my lashes turned out a bit fuller than what I showed her and not wispy so I didn’t really get the style I wanted.

Clean, peaceful place. The ladies that service me are sweet & gentle. Love that I don’t have burning sensation when the lashes are done or feel like there are clumps or lashes on my lids b/c the volume fans are too thick/heavy/bulky. Love the lashes every time I get them done. Fills are set in affordable prices and are done in a timely manner. When I got my lashes done the first time; I didn’t have much fall out until week 2-3 & got a 3 week fill in 30mins. Lasted about 2.5 more weeks. Have come here a total of 3xs already & will continue until I take a break.

I love going Magic lashes. I travel from Sherman Oaks to Brea just to get my lashes done.

I love how my lashes came out I had gotten the flat lash extensions and they feel light and soft. My tech was very good at explaining the difference of material and she showed me the different lash sizes because I wasn’t sure what was the lash size I normally get. My tech was very polite asked me for water as soon as I came in, the building was clean with calming music. And I was also offered a pillow to put under my knees which was such a nice touch to the process. Also I would like to mention that it was an hr tops to get my lashes done.

I had Gaby today and she did a great job with my extensions will book with her again. There have been changes with eyelash technician and so I liked my results today.

All the eye lash techs are really good. They know their stuff. They are very kind and helpful to understanding your needs. Every visit I learn more about what I like and don’t like and they are nice about accommodating my needs. I’ve had my lashes done by Ruby and Ivy and they both do a GREAT job. Very gentle hands and attention to detail

I love my lashes. I requested sensitive glue. I really don't think the glue would burn if the tape wasn't pulled so tightly making it difficult to keep your eyes closed (every lash tech I have tried post-pandemic tapes the eyes extremely tight). Anyway, the tech was very accomodating and she did a great job. I would return.
