It was my first time getting lash extensions and Emma was amazing. The initial set was so beautiful but a bit intense for me, and she kindly adjusted them right away so they felt perfect, especially before my trip. Her work is gorgeous, her touch is so light I fell asleep, and I had zero irritation. Highly recommend! Thank you Emma :)

Not exactly what I asked yeah like for- customer service was fine though. She was friendly. I asked for more of a natural cat eye for top and bottom but ended up getting more of a voluminous anime look. (It doesn't look bad just not exactly what I had expected for the top half.) I also don't think the bottom lashes should be glued to my skin- I thought they would be attached to the individual lashes. (Update, they reached out to help fix this afterward.)

Thank you so much! It was my second time here, I came back for a refill. I am so glad I found this place and this tech. She worked so gently and my eyes that are usually sensitive didn't at all react. The lashes came out perfect and the fill was so fast! So far the retention for her work has been great as well. I've been getting my anime lashes done by Emma for about a year now, and she never disappoints! She’s incredibly skilled, patient, kind, and always provides a welcoming experience. Every style I’ve wanted, whether it’s dramatic or more natural, she’s always able to execute perfectly! I typically have very sensitive, watery eyes, but she’s able to accommodate for it, is always patient throughout the process, and never makes me feel rushed. Her workspace is very clean & relaxing, & she always provides a comfortable experience. Thank you so much for my baddie lashes, I’m always happy with them!!

i had to get them fixed a week later due to me brushing too much but they look so good and exactly how i wanted the second time and i love them so much. The service here is wonderful and very welcoming. They work fast but their work always comes out amazing. i will definitely book with Vicky again. 🩷🩷

My lash tech, Chloe, was very professional with a high level of customer service. She was fast and efficient. I love my lashes. :)

Emma is hands down the BEST lash tech. Her work is unique, flawless, and absolutely beautiful every single time. Not only is she beyond professional, but her touch is so soft I literally fall asleep during my appointments 😭✨ I drove all the way from San Diego just for her service and it is ALWAYS worth it. Don’t sleep on Emma because she eats every time and NEVER misses. If you want lashes that stand out and still feel comfortable, book with her ASAP 💕

OMG OMG OMG ! Cannot express how satisfied I am with my lashes ! I did not get the persons name who did my service and I’m sad because I definitely want her again next time! I love how she listened to what I was explaining to her and actually cared about what I wanted. She was so gentle and the glue didn’t touch the inside of my eye at all I’ve never experienced such a gentle service before. I got EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! She deliver 100% 10/10 I recommend.
