This review is in regards to my lash appointment my pedi appointment was perfect!! Atmosphere was nice. The students were very professional & courteous. I had to go back twice because I paid & asked for a hybrid set but the first student gave me a classic set it looked like I had nothing on by the time I got done. The few that were on began to come off the moment I got in the car. (Maybe because my eyes did water a bit) Also, there was one lash that was actually placed on my eyelid rather than my lash line lastly My lashes were glued shut when it was time to open & another student had to hel…

I got exactly what I asked for with my lashes. They are so nice, she did a great job.She also explained the difference between the different types of lash extensions, and I found I am a hybrid girl.

Went in for a set of volume lashes. Had a good experience at 3D lash. The lash instructor was there by the students side to correct any mistakes so it put my mind at ease and they turned out great

Got manicure, full face wax & eyelash extensions. Manicurist was very nice. Good conversation, took her time. She free handed my nail art designs & I really like it. You can tell she definitely takes pride in her work. If I had to have one complaint, it would be that it took 3 hours to do. I got a bit anxious with the time. Whitney does an amazing job on lashes! I love going for a classic look that’s natural looking and when she did my set, I knew I was going back to her for my fill. The retention lasts so long! I did my fill at a little over 2 weeks and I could have gone longer but I wanted to make sure I was set for upcoming events.

The service was great! Everyone was so kind, and professional, but personable. So it wasn't weird or uncomfortable having multiple people around watching and learning. I'm so impressed with the treatment my daughter and I received today at 3D Academy. Amy did my first ever lash extensions, customized them to my personal needs, treated me so kindly, did such a lovely job (seriously pretty lashes), was patient when I needed to use the restroom mid session and reassured me when my anxiety kind of reared its head later in my appointment. I am a regular customer here… previous to this most recent appointment the past 2times I did not like my lashes and the had fallen within 2weeks, I am not picky as I understand these are students learning and I am not being charged much. I really wanted to stop coming but figured I’d give it another shot as I’ve heard many issues with the lash glue within the last two months.. I don’t believe any customer would want to hear that the glue is not working and being given limited to student. I was upset at the beginning because I wasn't going to be able to get all the services I wanted however by the end of my lash appointment I was told I could get my brows done as well. Dope experience! A school of women trying their best! It was awesome. I was very comfortable , I brought a blanket and it was a life saver! The lash quality is actually perfect for the price. If you’re skeptical, don’t be. Go for it. I’m very bougie and picky, this place is the jackpot. Girrrrl come in here and get slayed! It was really cool to see classes go on and watch the girls learn and use me as their guinea pig lol price 100/10. lashes 7/10 in terms of comparing to professionals.

My appointment was at 10:15 didn’t go in until 11 one eye had more lashes than the other one and was nothing like the last times I had came in However I went in September 14 because I had a red eye and the receptionist was really sweet and told me to wait a couple days so they can give me a removal and a new set the checked everything to make sure I was okay.

I like my lashes although it took longer than expected and I didn’t get the lash tech I initially picked.
