Beth did a great job of my LVL Lash lift and Brow Lamination. I have quite fine and sparse lashes and have always struggled to get them to look good but Beth made them look super lifted whilst still being natural! They look great Thank you

I’ve been coming to Prept for over 5 years and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. From gel nails, lvl lashes, facials, hair colour, keratin treatment and styling. It’s great that you can get access to so many different services in one place. All the ladies who are based at Prept are so friendly and welcoming, it’s always a fab atmosphere to relax and have a chat. And they each pay real attention to detail with their treatments. This was my first facial with Ava, having been a brows/lashes client for a couple of years. WOW! I knew it would be a real treat, and yet still exceeded my expectations. Nicola does my eyebrows & lashes. She makes me feel very welcome and we have a good laugh too which is an added bonus. She always stops and asks if they are dark enough etc.

5* as always! After a really stressful few weeks, I was looking forward to my appointment for some ‘me’ time. Laura just lets me sit and rant, whilst working her magic on my nails! I left feeling much more ready for Christmas, with beautiful nails, and a smile on my face. Thank you Laura, make sure you have a rest this Christmas as you work so hard and give 110% to every set of nails you do. Sorry that you became my therapist as well, but thank you for your support and understanding too! My nails are the ‘best bit’ of my body and make every outfit shine even brighter.

Would definitely recommend… Janet is absolutely brilliant. She takes her time, has excellent massage technique and really listens to how you like your treatment to be. The room is set up great, and feels all warm and cozy. You come out feeling relaxed and just wanting to go back again. I’m encouraging all of my family and friends to book in with Janet. I had a full body massage which included a head a face massage. I cannot rate it high enough. It was great. The pressure was perfect and it was all very soothing and relaxing. Good quality oils were used and I felt totally relaxed afterwards. The room was lovely and warm and inviting. Janet is a lovely person and nsjes you feel at ease as soon as you meet her. I highly recommend a treatment.

As always, made to feel relaxed and welcome at the salon. Laura listened to my ideas and then used her knowledge and style to give me a beautiful set of nails. Changing to BIAB from acrylic was the best decision she made for me, and my nails are now strong and long and I love them! Nails like these make you feel wonderful, even in your dressing gown! Thanks Laura!

I recently undertook the lash lift master class with Rach and honestly can’t believe how much of a difference the refresh lesson has made an impact on my first client. The lift I got today was incomparable to the lifts I’ve had previously I would hugely recommend undertaking this master class if you are already a qualified lash lift artist.

I had a full body massage and it was amazing. I felt so relaxed and supple afterwards. Janet is a professional masseuse who is a lovely person with a kind personality. She never rushes and takes her time giving a thorough massage. She uses quality products and targets problem areas as required. The salon is modern and has a happy atmosphere and very welcoming. The massage room is relaxing and warm, with a very comfy, large massage table and covers. My massage definitely made me feel relaxed mentally and physically. Definitely deserves 5 stars 🌟
