Thrilled with my new brows and lashes, Rachel is excellent. Rachel also helped me to rearrange nail appointments for my girls after I'd made an error booking them on line!! It was no trouble, or she certainly didn't let me know that it was. Great customer service which is what brings you back.

I’m delighted with my lashes! It’s been 2 years since I’ve had mine done. I find it hard to trust people, however Ray was so gentle. Star Clinic was able to give me the look that I wanted to achieve. Connected my playlist and laying down on the heated chair really did it for me! It was a whole vibe with good energy. Thank youu Empress!

She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and the results are amazing. My brows are beautifully shaped, the tint is the perfect colour and my lashes look so much fuller and darker.
