Lovely experience with Muryem for lashes yesterday. Not only was she ok with me arriving early she very kindly added on an eyebrow tidy up/threading since I’d forgotten to add it to my booking. I also saw some fantastic cut and colour customers there too.

Leah’s really knows her stuff. Her lash skills are simply the best. No extra glue, heaviness or discomfort as lashes grow out, she creates bespoke lashes depending on your eye shape and needs and makes sure your ongoing lash health is her priority and yet still you’ll end up with full beautiful lashes. Lots of ladies have asked where I had them done. She is a lovely person and easy company and her heated couch is a relaxing bonus. Highly recommended 10/10

Staff are brilliant, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and good at their skill set! I’ve never been to a beauty salon before and my 1st experience was perfect! Grace makes a great brew too! I was pampered, nothing was too much trouble! I had the express dermaplaning with fab results, an eyelash lift and tint and pedicure! My daughter goes to Kiki’s too for all her beauty needs and she wouldn’t go anywhere else! 10/10 from me 😁

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

First time having lash lift treatment and was very pleased with the results! Was a lovely calming experience and Elise was brilliant!!! Would definitely recommend!

Love my visits to Leah to have my lashes done. She has a beautiful lash room, calm, relaxing space. Leah listens to what I want and talks me through everything she's doing and how to look after them. End result is amazing and my lashes look fabulous. Highly recommended.
