Zarah is fantastic! I wanted to try out lash extensions for the first time ever for my graduation. Zarah was very responsive and really tried to understand my vision and provide professional advice. My eyes turned out to be very sensitive and watery but she put in every effort to make it work. I got SO MANY compliments on the lashes, when I came in for my removal, she took a lot of care with my sensitive eyes and modified the appointment to give my eyes the chance to rest before removing remaining glue. Super happy with her, space is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

It was my first time having a lash lift so I was a little nervous but Zarah was fantastic she explained everything and thought the procedure checked I was ok she is absolutely fantastic I have very short eyelashes but the results are fantastic very pleased i have booked in again thank you so much Zarah always a pleasure coming to your salon xxx

Ellen is exceptionally talented. For a third year running I had fresh extensions fitted today following a recent full colour change. My hair over the last 3 years has improved significantly. My hair is so much fuller and despite extensions in I have no damage to my hair whatsoever. Ellen has been really helpful in recommending products particularly as I am at early stages of perimenopause. The finished result today following colour and extensions looks amazing and I am so happy. A fantastic salon, clean and welcoming with lovely staff. Thank you xx

Another appointment with Ellen today following extension removal with Lucy yesterday. Have now been coming to Ellen for 2 years and my hair health is amazing. To think what Ellen had to battle with at the start with over-processed damaged hair. Today Ellen made a few changes and gave it a good cut. I absolutely love it and love the new length. My extensions were put back in and have given it the extra volume. I love the fact i get no damage to my natural hair and my natural hair continues to grow and thicken.
