Maddi is welcoming on arrival. Prompt with her appointment times. Friendly and puts you at ease throughout the treatment sessions. Explains in full details what the treatment entails. Asks her clients if they are comfortable and if I have any questions at all. Maddi is professional in what she does. Make bookings in advance to avoid disappointments. Maddi asks if you prefer to chat during the sessions or tranquil sessions I prefer tranquil sessions with EMS. Maddi can catch up on her admin.

I had a Korean lash lift and brow lamination done at AZ Beauty, and I’m so happy with the results! Zenah was friendly, patient, and really skilled at what she does. She managed to lift and open up my eyes beautifully, even though my lashes are quite short. My brows were sparse and out of shape, but she shaped and lifted them so well — they look full and natural now. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for someone meticulous and talented!

Maddi continues to exceed my expectations! Maddi is such an artist when it comes to lashes. I’ve been having my lash lift and tint with Maddi for over 2 years and they always come out perfect! Maddi is so attentive and friendly!! Highly recommend.

This was my first appointment with Sarah. I’m fairly new to having eyelash extensions and now know exactly how I want them to look. I’m in my 50’s and didn’t want them too thick, long or curly. I wanted them to look as natural as possible and I believe that has been achieved. I am extremely happy. In fact, Sarah made me so relaxed, I almost fell asleep!

Had the best experience getting a lash lift with maddi. She is so talented and really lovely, her studio is beautiful and comfortable. Maddi took the time to explain everything she was using and how to take care of my lashes after to maintain the best results. Can’t recommend enough, I will definitely be back! Obsessed with the results 💕

My appointment with Anna was amazing, as always! She is very talented, every set is so precisely crafted and she always works to give you the most flattering brows/lashes for your features. She is very conscious of how to make you more comfortable or make your experience better and is so friendly, ready to answer any question (or give the life advice you didn’t know you needed!).

Great lash lift!

What can I say? It was wow! My eyelashes—mega volume—look so amazing! I feel like a woman again. She was so gentle; she asked if I was cold. Anna has an electric blanket which made me warm, and I felt so relaxed. When I saw the result, I was like, "What just happened? It looks so good!" I can recommend Anna so much. Had my first visit to Maddi today. Welcomed in, explained to me what was what and made sure I was comfortable. She has a very nice set up out the way and quiet. I had a hot stone massage to help with my back pain which I explained to her and she took that on board with some advice to help. I would recommend her to those seeking any of the treatments provided. I will be back for sure

I was a little anxious going in since it was my first time, but the entire experience was calming and professional from start to finish. The technician was amazing — super gentle, really knowledgeable, and had such a lovely, reassuring energy. She talked me through each step of the process, explained all the options clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Nothing felt rushed or overwhelming, and I really appreciated how she set clear expectations before starting. And the results? I love my brows!
