Absolutely lovely experience at Image and I absolutely love my hair. I used to come several years ago for Kate and she always gave me a lovely balayage and cut but then I moved away. After moving back to London I decided to come back but unfortunately Kate was fully booked so I went with Dara instead. She was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job with my hair - I love it!! Super down to earth and made me feel super relaxed. Couldn't recommend this salon enough whether you end up booking with Kate or Dara (and I'm sure everyone else is fab too). I will definitely be back!

Believe it or not I come for a cut and style at Image London all the way from the States I love the pixie style haircuts Jason has done. My son lives around the corner from the salon, and one day in 2022 I walked in without a appointment asking if someone could cut my hair. I was lucky enough to get Jason,. I’ve been in 3 times in the last year for a pixie cut. I always get compliments after my visit. I’m so glad my son and his family live close by. Everyone at the salon is so kind.

I had another amazing experience today getting a full set of lashes. As always, Dior made me feel so welcome and completely relaxed throughout the appointment. Her space is beautiful, professional, and calming the perfect environment to unwind. Dior’s attention to detail is unmatched, and I left feeling so happy with the results. Skin touch is such a wonderful salon offering a huge range of high end services and treatments. We are so lucky to have it in Crystal Palace. Dagmara does my eyelash extensions. I have very fine lashes but she always copes and does a wonderful job.

Angélique does the best sets, if you a volume set (which I get) she will give you the best volume set suited to your eyes. Also extremely hygienic and takes her time so I feel safe in her hands. Finally, the lashes last as long as my natural eyelashes

Came back to have my classic set again with Sara. Beautifully done as always. I don’t mind the long travel just to get my lashes done with her as I know it’s worth the journey.
