I had my lashes done elsewhere two weeks ago and came to Jess to have them removed. After speaking with her, I decided to get a fresh set done with her instead and I’m so glad I did! Jess did an amazing job. She gave me exactly what I wanted a classic, natural look that suits me perfectly. You can really tell she knows what she’s doing, and she takes great care in her work. Fantastic service and great banter as always!! I do notice when I sat in one of the reception area chairs that I almost went through it, so may be unsafe for someone with limited mobility to get out of the chair before going through it if it does break. Prior to the massage. I was given a full explanation of what a deep tissue massage was and was warned that it can be quite painful. Bobbi was excellent. Highly recommend and aim to come back for more sessions.
