Amy was very friendly & accommodating, especially for my service being booked in short notice. The studio is comfortable & cleaned to good standard & my service itself was flawless! I’ve looked for 2 years for a permanent lash tech., as many technicians dont have the experience yet to shape lashes best suited to your face & eye shape versus a general style. I also had a previous experience where a different tech. gave me chemical burn - Amy was extremely gentle & reassuring for my service after explaining this. My lashes came out perfectly & Amy now has a happy regular. 10/10 recommend!

Being my first lash appointment ever, I was very nervous, but Fran really helped to calm me down and spoke to me through the whole process whilst she was doing it. She was so lovely, and made me feel very comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend to anyone out there wanting to get their lashes done!

I had the best experience at The Lash Room. Fran made me feel so comfortable the whole time I was there for my first ever lash extensions. We had such a lovely chat and everything felt so comfortable on the eyes while they were being done. It’s such a lovely environment and really relaxing and Fran is such a wonderful person, would highly recommend x

The lash room T.Wells 🫶🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve followed Fran on her new venture to One Warwick park and can honestly say she is the loveliest lady and one of the best lash techs I’ve come across. The lash room is so calming and relaxing, with such peaceful music it always makes me sleepy, can’t forget the heated bed it’s absolute bliss! I look forward to my catch-ups with Fran, always so many laughs! Thank you for always making my lashes look unreal! Would highly recommend to anyone !!

I thoroughly recommend the amazing Maisie! I have had a lash lift previous, elsewhere. I found it uncomfortable and it didn't achieve a noticeable lift. Maisie's gentle handling of my lashes, and the care taken when applying the product, made for a very relaxing experience. At the end of the treatment, I was delighted with the curl, as my lashes are naturally extremely straight. I was even happier after putting mascara on - the effect was amazing. The best my lashes have ever been. Thank you, Maisie.

I have had my lashes done on and off for over 10 years now; and have had many experiences with my lashes in that time, some not so positive. Ann-Marie is the best in Kent - carefully applied lashes suitable for your face shape, eyes, but will also adjust to your desired look if you want to a very full volume look. I would never go anywhere else! Xx

Mila asked lots of questions to find out my preference when tinting by eyebrows, and she was very careful tinting my eyelashes too as I have sensitive eyes. I would definitely recommend her and I am so happy with my final result. Thank you Mila
