An absolutely excellent experience in every way. Samantha has paid attention to every detail including the beautifully coordinated and ambient treatment too and state of the art quality equipment. I spent 4 hours of pampering having the luxury foot spa and full body massage with tinted lashes to complete my experience - all expertly carried out with gentleness and careful attention. A wonderful oasis on the outskirts of Ipswich!

Many a salon in Ipswich I have tried but I always return to Purity. Worth every penny. Love Suzanne - if you're new to waxing or a bit lower on the pain tolerance scale then she's the one for you. Will take her time and use all the techniques to make you feel comfortable without rushing you. Cannot recommend this salon enough.

The best salon in Ipswich run by the fabulous Sue, who has the most professional advice and treatments. Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. So happy !

Claire is so gentle, she makes you feel very relaxed. My eyebrow and eyelash tint lasted longer than it has done anywhere else before. Really love coming here. My mum comes with me, she's 80 and is so comfortable and happy here too.

Samantha is the friendliest, super kind and super professional! I had never had lash extensions before so I didn’t have a full idea of what to expect but I am so impressed and in love with them - I’m 2 weeks in and they look as good as the day I got them, fluffy and full! Also gave me advice on how to take the best care of them and keep them looking fresh, which has clearly worked:)

Betty was so professional, friendly and gave the best service. Highly recommended. The facility is well presented, clean and everyone was really friendly. Kathryn is so lovely and amazingly talented! She makes you feel super comfortable and is so easy to talk to. I’ve had various eyelash sets done with her and they have always been perfect. Super informative, knowledgeable, and has a lovely space she works in. I would never trust anyone else with my lashes after her. Can’t recommend her enough! x
