I've been seeing Sam for a while now, probably about 2 years! I always look forward to my appointments, it's really like visiting a friend. I've had lip filler, Botox, skin boosters, lash extensions, and lash lift & tint over that time. If I'm ever interested in a new treatment, Sam goes through everything and answers all my questions, and is so passionate about what she does. 100% recommend

10/10 experience, Anniyah (sorry if I spelled the name wrong!) was so friendly, funny and professional. She gave me the full VIP package with halal brows and a lash lift and I’ve never ever been happier with the way my brows and lashes look. We were done so quick and her precision is unmatched. She even gave me a little goodie bag with an aftercare kit at the end! I’m so happy with the service and result and I’ll be coming back again for sure. I felt so comfortable here.

Stacey did a fab job as always for my lashes lift and eyebrow shape and tint. She always does a fab job and is very reasonably priced. Always very welcoming and friendly. The room was nice and warm and relaxing, cant wait to come back for further treatments including her lovely facials!

I’ve been having my lashes done here for nearly a year now and she is amazing. Honestly the loveliest lady and also her lashes are hands down THE BEST! She takes her time and listens to what you actually want and every set is always perfect. Great customer service and for her quality of work she is more than reasonably priced. I travel from the other side of Birmingham to have my lashes done here as they are worth it! Thankyou!

Linzi is amazing! After having a few bad experiences elsewhere, she was able to soak off my horrendous old set and give me a brand new set of lashes. She was honest and reassuring throughout the process and my natural lashes are so much healthier after just 2 treatments. She uses professional products and the results look amazing.
