Sophie is such a lovely person. She is very professional . Her lash room is very relaxing comfortable and very clean. She has very high standards and always does a great job on my lashes. She is always keen to have feedback on how they have been positive or not! in between seeing her which I shows she cares a great deal about her work and her clients. I would definitely recommend Sophie if you want a lovely full set of natural looking lashes

Sophie is so warm & welcoming, her treatment room is a cosy and relaxing space to have a pamper. I had a lovely hour and a half chatting with her whilst she was doing classic lash infills for me. I left feeling relaxed and with my eyelashes looking amazing again 😊

I had such a lovely experience with Diana. She’s so friendly, welcoming and really knows her stuff.. she gave me great advice and made me feel totally at ease. The space is so cosy I literally fell asleep for two hours while having my lashes done! I also loved the little touches like the loyalty card and the spin-to-win game for money off your next appointment.. so fun and thoughtful. Overall, just such a nice experience from start to finish. Absolutely in love with my new Classic lashes! I've had lashes before and I personally dont like my lashes looking heavy or too dark, I find it hard to find someone who doesnt make them look too 'over the top' - These however are perfect and just what I requested. I actually enjoyed having them done too - so relaxing and welcoming! Couldnt recommend enough. I'll definately be booking again for refills.

My lash lift is perfect as always! The atmosphere is very welcoming and professional, the only place in Cheltenham I’d go for my lashes!

Daniella is by far the best in Cheltenham. She always makes sure your desired look is achieved while keeping you looking natural.

I’m a repeat customer - Elaine is great. Really good at what she does, well priced, accessible (easy to get to from GL/ Cheltenham) free parking and always very friendly. Will continue to come back!

So relaxing 😌 Ola did my lash lift / tint (I'm a first timer) and I loved the experience and the result. Ola is so gentle, very professional and generally lovely, talking me through the experience so I knew what to expect. As a little bonus, she put a moisturising lip mask on me whilst the lashes were setting! The result is great, my lashes stand out much more and I keep checking myself out in the mirror. Also, the space is clean, calming and cosy. I enjoyed the heated blanket, a very nice touch.

I just had the best full body massage of my life! From the moment I walked in, it felt like a spa sanctuary with calming music, warm towels and an atmosphere that instantly melted stress away. What truly set this massage apart was Olha’s intuitive understanding of the body. She found knots I didn’t even know existed and worked through muscle groups with a level of precision and care I’ve never experienced before. Elaine is lovely. I’ve had a brow tint, shape, and lash lift and tint. I have fair, fine hair so always a bit nervous about getting my brows done and coming out with them too dark. Elaine has done a lovely job, I absolutely love my new lashes and brows. They look very natural.
