I have been a lash client of Carly’s for some years now and would never go to anyone else! When I found out she was doing laser I was so excited! Laser can be pretty scary and nerve wracking, especially for first timers but having Carly there was like having my very own cheerleader in the room! Her positive energy during treatments is absolutely infectious and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease! She truly goes above and beyond to make what could be an uncomfortable appointment feel easy and genuinely positive.

It was my first time getting a lash lift and the first time in years i’d trusted anyone near my brows. Poppy F did the best job and I’m glad i trusted her, she’s so nice and friendly and those beds are also heavenly😂 I can’t stop looking in the mirror at myself, I absolutely love my brows and lashes, thank you so much, i will definitely be back again!

The appointment was a relaxing escape—I just lied back comfortably and chatted with Lisa while she worked her magic. The process was painless and surprisingly quick. The transformation is remarkable; my eyes look brighter and more awake, providing an instant confidence boost without any makeup. They are lightweight, comfortable, and I’ve received numerous compliments. I highly recommend Lisa, she is amazing.

Fantastic colour and butterfly cut by Kerri. Love my new hair. I had been on holiday and a mixture of sun and sea had left it dry and yellow. Kerri conditioned, coloured and cut my hair and it now looks and feels fab x My nails too needed tlc and Sarah created a beautiful set of acrylic nails for me. Thank you all at Salon 27.
