Absolutely amazing. Lauren is very friendly and polite - with a quick response to any queries. The treatment was a breeze - I have had my eyebrows waxed & tinted as well as an eyelash tint twice now. Very calm and comfortable environment and a very quick process overall! The prices are also great compared to others in the area so would highly recommend Arte Nova! Thanks again :)

I had a great experience getting my lash extensions done. The technician was professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. My lashes look full, natural, and exactly how I wanted them. The application was meticulous. will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

. The salon is well set out and has a very relaxed spa vibe about it. Lauren uses lots of Neals Yard organic products which makes a more luxurious experience. Lauren made me feel very comfortable And checked my medical and general history before starting the appointment. I had a full body massage prepaid with a celebration voucher my husband had bought me. Room temperature and music ambience was perfect and it really felt like I was having a spa day. No background noise from the road, hair salon or other room could be heard. A very lovely experience. Highly recommend

Fantastic full body massage, incredibly relaxing but at the same time I could feel my muscles really being worked on. Bonus hot stones thrown in which I really appreciated. Will definitely return. Only advice is to have a warming sheet on the bed as is can feel a bit chilly when uncovered. Thank you so much for the great treatment.

We booked the pamper bus for my daughter’s celebration and it was perfect! The service was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble.
